NLP Email Training in 50 Lessons

Welcome!

Dear participant,

I have decided to address you informally in this training program. I hope this will make it more personal and allow me to address you more directly. If we meet in person, feel free to address me informally as well – this way, at least, there is balance. If you are not comfortable with the informal address, you can simply think of "you" as "you" in a formal sense.

I am pleased that you have decided to do something for yourself. This program helps you to further develop your communication skills and your personality.

High communication skills are a key competence in many professional and private areas today. NLP helps you to awaken individual potentials and possibilities as well as to optimize your learning and development processes, thereby realizing desired changes in yourself and others. In all areas where special communication skills are required, NLP can help you achieve your goals.

Structure of the training program

This training program was originally intended for the participants of my training groups for refreshment, application, and repetition between the training parts. But gradually it became clear that even those without much prior knowledge can benefit greatly from this program, and so it became a small practical introduction to NLP. In the meantime, we have expanded the training so much that it almost represents a kind of distance learning course.

The NLP email training includes 50 lessons. Each week, a lesson is automatically sent to you. At the beginning, you will find a quote, followed by a short introduction to the respective topic of the lesson, combined with small exercises. The email training also contains a metaphor and a book recommendation related to the topic. If you want to delve deeper into one of the topics, further links offer more detailed information through supplementary texts, images, and audio files.

After about every fifth lesson, you can participate in a small success check on the internet. The success checks allow you to review your knowledge level and identify any gaps and, if interested, to work on them.

In this training program, the theory phases are deliberately kept short and easy to understand. NLP thrives on doing! Many small steps that you consciously take lead you to your goals. But you must take each of these steps seriously – so do not postpone working on and carrying out these lessons! Work on the lessons in the same week you receive them, and not just in the first week but every week.
