In this demanding specialization, you will develop your own formats, consciously link NLP with your values, roles, and goals, and expand your coaching and training competence so that you can use NLP creatively, effectively, and value-oriented in coaching, training, leadership, and consulting – with official recognition and certification according to DVNLP.
What NLP trainings come after the NLP Master training?
Neuro-Linguistic Programming offers many paths for growth and further development. In the NLP Practitioner, you learned the basics of NLP and practiced intensively. In the Master, you intensified NLP and wrote your own Master thesis. Now after the Master, several paths open up for you to deepen your knowledge further and professionally expand your NLP competencies.
One option is the NLP Advanced Master. Here you will deal with advanced formats and methods, and with us, you will learn in particular how to develop your own NLP formats.
In addition, many choose the path into the Coach Training. It is important to distinguish the terms:
NLP Coach refers to the training at the institute level, where you learn to apply NLP specifically in coaching.
Coach, DVNLP is the official certification from the German Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. It requires not only the content training but also practical hours, documented application cases, and supervision. This proves that you coach professionally and according to recognized quality standards.
Master Coach, DVNLP is the title you may use if you have already completed the Master level before or after your Coach training.
If your focus is more on training and teaching, the NLP Trainer Training is an ideal complement. In addition, there are numerous specializations – for example, hypnosis, systemic work, business NLP, or personal development – that round out your profile and open up new professional perspectives.
NLP Master Deepening, Integration, and Personal Development at an Advanced Level
The NLP Advanced Master at Landsiedel NLP Training offers a practice-oriented environment at a professional level to creatively expand the knowledge acquired so far, look beyond the NLP horizon, and further develop your skills.
In this training, the focus is no longer solely on the 'how' of the method, but on the conscious reflection of meaning, purpose, and effect. Participants learn not only to apply NLP formats and models correctly but also to link them coherently with their own values, roles, and goals and to develop entirely new models. This creates individual paths to use NLP as an effective tool in interactions, in consulting, in leadership, or in educational contexts – flexibly, creatively, and responsibly.
This training level is a milestone for all who want to apply NLP with greater sovereignty, clarity, and flexibility – whether in coaching, training, leadership, or consulting professions.

Prerequisite: NLP Practitioner and NLP Master
The NLP Advanced Master is aimed at NLP practitioners with solid prior experience who want to expand their knowledge and enhance their personal and professional effectiveness. Coaches, trainers, leaders, educators, therapists, and people in consulting professions are particularly addressed. For those who have previously used NLP for their own personal development, the training offers a new depth and a professional framework. The focus is on integrating NLP into various life and work areas consciously, creatively, and in a value-oriented way.
For quality assurance reasons, the prerequisite for participation is the successful completion of a Practitioner and NLP Master training according to the guidelines of the DVNLP. Participants who have not completed these two training levels at Landsiedel are asked to submit a copy of their corresponding DVNLP certificates with a seal as proof of their qualification in advance. This ensures that everyone starts at a similar level of knowledge and can dive into advanced work with NLP together. In exceptional cases, if you have been working as an NLP Coach for a longer time or have already completed another intensive coaching training, please talk to us about it.
Criteria for certification according to DVNLP - Testing and Certificate
This NLP training is recognized by the German Association for NLP (DVNLP). After successful completion, participants receive the Advanced NLP Master certificate from the DVNLP. This certification of the training confirms compliance with the DVNLP guidelines, includes the DVNLP seal, and indicates the total duration of the training – including the start and end dates of the training period. Additionally, the signature of the responsible lead trainer documents the quality and recognition of participation.
The training includes at least 65 hours of time according to the guidelines of the DVNLP, which must be spread over 9 or more days. Furthermore, at least 10 hours of individual or group supervision are recommended. Additionally, at least 20 hours of peer group work in self-organized meetings aimed at deepening the training content are recommended.
The practical testing is at the discretion of the lead trainer. Some providers require participants to conduct a modeling project. With us, the focus is on each person creating their own NLP format. This can happen both through the combination of existing formats and through the development of independent formats.

The trainer for this training is Stephan Landsiedel, who got to know NLP at the age of 17 and has been practicing it for nearly 35 years. He has improved, optimized, combined, and developed many NLP methods over time. In this training, he shows how to further develop NLP.
The focus is not only on the 'how' of the method but also on the 'why' and 'for what purpose'. Participants learn to consciously select NLP elements, use them flexibly, and combine them coherently with their own values, roles, and goals. This creates access to a reflective attitude that is effective in both professional and private contexts.
NLP with self-developed formats: Develop your own NLP coaching method
In the training, participants expand their ability to flexibly and independently further develop NLP. The goal is to not only apply known formats but to develop independent variants from them – tailored to individual concerns, requirements, and values. An essential component is the competence to independently discover new approaches, actively shape one's own change processes, and combine NLP with other development-oriented methods. This creates space for creative ideas, reflective learning processes, and personal development of the methodology.
A special focus is on systemic foresight, linguistic precision, and the conscious integration of personal change impulses. The training strengthens the ability to recognize internal processes, transform hindering patterns, and open up new thinking and action spaces. Through this creative approach to NLP, a deeper understanding of transformation at both the individual and interpersonal levels emerges.
It goes beyond what you learned in NLP Coach
As a coach, you work with NLP techniques and support clients in their change concerns. In the Advanced Master, it is about looking beyond that and further developing NLP - participants learn to look beyond the NLP horizon. Often, it is about meaningfully combining NLP with other methods. Through the integration of the learned content, something completely new often emerges.
Practical testing serves quality assurance. In the testing, your own NLP format should be developed. After successful completion of the training, the participant receives the Advanced Master certificate.
