About Carlos Salgado

Carlos Salgado is one of the most well-known NLP trainers in Germany and has been working professionally as a trainer and coach since 1993. With over 30 years of experience in personal development, he has accompanied numerous people on their journey.

As the developer of the Biolance® method, Carlos combines neurolinguistic programming with profound insights from personality psychology. His method helps people recognize and develop their inner potentials.

Carlos led one of the largest NLP training institutes in Freiburg for many years and is now the lead trainer at the Landsiedel Coaching Academy. There, he is responsible for the modular coaching trainings and supports participants in various modules, including family and couple coaching, conflict coaching, and leadership coaching.

His professional career includes positions such as Global Director of Human Resources at a medium-sized industrial company with an international focus, as well as Corporate HR Manager at a globally operating technology company in the field of packaging solutions. These experiences enrich his practical training and enhance his coaching approaches.

Carlos is a certified trainer and coach according to DVNLP and was a member of the training and further education commission of DVNLP for several years. He has significantly contributed to the development of the coaching curriculum and advocates for high quality standards in coaching education.
