About Carlos Salgado

Carlos Salgado is one of Germany’s most renowned NLP trainers and has been working full-time as a trainer and coach since 1993. With over 30 years of experience in personal development, he has accompanied countless people on their individual journeys.

As the developer of the Biolance® Method, Carlos combines Neuro-Linguistic Programming with profound insights from personality psychology. His method helps people discover and unleash their inner potential.

Carlos led one of the largest NLP training institutes in Freiburg for many years and is now the head trainer of the Landsiedel Coaching Academy. There, he is responsible for the modular coaching programs and guides participants through various modules, including family and couples coaching, conflict coaching, and leadership coaching.

His professional background includes positions such as Global Director of Human Resources at a medium-sized international industrial company, and Corporate HR Manager at a global technology group in the packaging industry. These experiences enrich his practical training style and add depth to his coaching approach.

Carlos is a certified NLP Trainer and Coach (DVNLP) and was a long-standing member of the DVNLP’s Training and Education Commission. He played a key role in developing the coaching curriculum and continues to advocate for high-quality standards in NLP and coaching education.
