Requirements for participation
First of all, anyone with prior knowledge of NLP can participate in this training. However, there are some requirements to consider for certification by the associations:
The requirement for participation in Coach, DVNLP training and certification upon successful completion is the successful completion of a NLP Practitioner Training according to the guidelines of DVNLP or ICI. This training must include at least 18 training days with more than 130 hours of instruction.
The minimum age for the certificate handover is 25 years.
Requirement to become a Master Coach, DVNLP
To obtain the Master Coach, DVNLP certificate, one must participate in the same coach training, but must have completed a NLP Master Training, DVNLP as a prerequisite. This is the only difference between Coach, DVNLP and Master Coach, DVNLP.

Supervision

Thesis
Before, during, and after their NLP coach training, the aspiring coaches have the task of conducting forty of their own coaching hours and documenting them. Three of these cases will then be submitted in the coaching work along with a coaching profile and a coaching concept.
The thesis therefore includes:

- Listing of the 40 coaching hours
The thesis is usually submitted a few months after the end of the training, as participants are to apply what they have learned from the seminar. Details will be discussed in the seminar.

1. Why are three certificates useful?
The DVNLP certificate strengthens your position in the German-speaking area. The ICI certificate offers you international recognition and reputation. The Landsiedel certificate shows that you have completed your training at a respected institute.
2. Can I also participate as a beginner?
You need at least basic knowledge in NLP; otherwise, this training makes no sense.
For certification by DVNLP or ICI, you need at least an NLP Practitioner training.
3. How does the NLP coach training differ from the coaching training within the World of Coaching?
The modular coaching training in the World of Coaching is three to five times more extensive in terms of time and content. It is more like a degree than a classic coaching training.
Since DVNLP no longer recognizes training with a predominant online component since the end of the Corona measures, a presence training is necessary for DVNLP certification.
In addition, this compact coaching training is well suited for participants who
do not regularly find the time in their everyday lives to attend training in the evenings or on weekends.
4. Can I complete the training while working?
Yes, the training is ideal for working professionals. With two compact blocks of 10 days each, you have maximum flexibility without having to plan weekly appointments for months.
