Hopes and dreams are the engine of life. They are dawns whose brilliance continually enchants.

The Power of Physiology

Our success in life is significantly dependent on our behavior. Our behavior is strongly influenced by our states. In a powerful, energetic state, I can accomplish different things than in a frustrated and depressed one. For this reason, we should ask ourselves: how can I efficiently influence my own emotional states?

The quickest way to change your state is to change your posture. Try it out: stand up, stretch your arms to the sky, smile while looking up, and say that you feel bad – not possible? Exactly. In such a posture, it is impossible to feel bad. Conversely, it's the same. Stand with slumped shoulders and look at the ground, let the tension out of your body, and say that you feel great. That won't work congruently either.

This lesson is very simple and at the same time one of the most important in your life. By using your body, you change your states and thus your destiny. Start breathing differently, stretch, clench your hand into a fist, and move your arm. Speak with a powerful voice. Do you feel the changes? Getting energy is not that difficult, you just have to act and use your body as if you already have this energy. Stand up, dance to beautiful music, and you will feel full of energy again.

If you want to feel confident, then move confidently. Put confidence into every step you take. Walk firmly and decisively. Also try the opposite and walk through the room with doubts. Isn't that a difference? You determine how you use your body. It's easy – but you have to apply it. Good luck!

Metaphor of the Week
The Plague God

Once an old, wise man was sitting under a tree when the Plague God came along.

The wise man asked him: "Where are you going?"

And the Plague God answered him: "I am going to the city and will kill a hundred people there."

On his return journey, the Plague God passed by the wise man again. The wise man said to him: "You told me you wanted to kill a hundred people. But travelers have reported to me that ten thousand have died."

But the Plague God said: "I only killed a hundred. The others were killed by their own fear."
