Meta-Program: internal - external

Question: How do you know that you have done something well? – Please think about it for a moment.

Description of the types:
Some people make decisions by listening inwardly and paying attention to their inner voice. For them, their own opinion about something is crucial. Their own values and criteria determine whether something is good or bad. We refer to these people as internal.
Other people make decisions or assess information by asking for the opinions of others and weighing them heavily. Or they rely on Stiftung Warentest or expert advice or specialized books and market studies.

Language patterns: How do these two types speak?
Internal: "I just know this!", "It feels right to me.", "This is my inner certainty."
External: "My boss told me this.", "My sales statistics show ...", "I always trust the advice of an expert."
