Hypnosis
Under hypnosis, it is possible to control fear, strengthen self-confidence, and increase personal motivation. Physiological processes such as pain control and healing of wounds or even cancer are certainly among the most impressive effects that can be achieved with the help of hypnosis. Unlike daydreams or meditation, hypnosis is directed towards a specific goal. Your unconscious resources are utilized to achieve this.
With the appropriate practice and suitable techniques, it is basically learnable for anyone to enter self-hypnotic trance states. Practically any place is conceivable for this, you can sit or lie down, keep your eyes open or closed, practice in the afternoon or evening. Generally, however, it is easier to enter trance when attention is not occupied by other things. So in a quiet room where you feel safe and comfortable, preferably with closed eyes and enough time and alertness to practice.
Otherwise, the rule is: What helps you enter trance is exactly right! Take your time for it, even if other things seem more important at the moment. In the long run, you will benefit from it! Find the trance CDs that suit you or create your own trance text and listen to it as often as possible in a relaxed state.
