NLP Podcast 95: Tips for more serenity
Stephan Landsiedel and stress expert Christian Bremer discuss the topic of serenity in this podcast. Christian Bremer as a young student, he had the opportunity to hold a seminar on the topic of conflicts in sports teams for a large German sports association, thus gaining access to the coaching and speaking scene. Over time, he realized how important the topic of inner serenity and sovereignty was to him and increasingly focused on this area. This led to training sessions, lectures, and seminars around the theme "Stress out – Serenity in". Now, according to SAT 1, Christian Bremer is "Germany's number 1 stress expert". As the author of several guides, a speaker, and seminar organizer, he has been demonstrating for over 25 years how simple sovereign serenity can be.

Stress and Serenity in Harmony
"What kind of person would you be if you had been protected from stress your entire life?" With this question, many people realize that stress is not always bad. On the contrary, stress can be a gift in the right dose. However, it is very important not to let stress become a habit and to regularly slow down everyday life. Christian Bremer offers some tips for more serenity in the podcast:
- 3MM’s: Take a minute three times a day to give your thinking a break and focus only on yourself.
- Letting off steam: If you've had a particularly stressful day, take the time to release the stress – for example, by retreating and hitting a pillow on the floor.
- Directly expressing what you need: Get into the habit of communicating more often to your environment what you need.
- Learning to say no: You can say no without feeling bad.
The prerequisite for all these tips is the willingness to change. Are you ready to change something to allow more serenity into your life? Then the first step is taken. In the podcast, you will learn in more detail how you can go through life more relaxed and make serenity a habit. Christian Bremer also reveals his views on meditation and what he believes the world needs most urgently right now. In this seminar, you will learn more about the state of serenity and mental strength. Furthermore, each participant will address things that disturb their own serenity during the seminar, and ways will be sought to counteract these disturbances in the future. The theoretical part of this seminar is very small. Participants will experience various practical exercises to immediately feel more serenity.
