NLP Podcast 92: NLP in project work – Interview with Detlef Lindner
NLP can be applied in almost all areas of life in various ways. In addition to his work as a trainer, he often collaborates with project teams and uses NLP there purposefully to strengthen team cohesion.
For example, he applies the perceptual positions (1-2-3-Meta) in a slightly modified form when conflicts exist between individuals or when certain individuals do not want to work together in a team.
Increase Motivation in Projects through NLP
Detlef Lindner shares his experiences with NLP and how he has applied NLP in his company. For instance, he has noticed that the individual teams and departments often do not know exactly what their specific tasks are for.
Detlef Lindner has therefore implemented that a project folder is created before each project, which contains the individual components and especially the finished end product. This allowed all teams to feel like part of the process. The presented end product also provided the teams with motivation and, in a way, a vision. This is a very exciting example of how easily project work can be advanced with the help of NLP. You will learn the exact details in the podcast.
Additionally, Detlef gives tips on how to avoid misunderstandings in today's fast-paced world, especially in the international arena, and how to reach goals more quickly. His biggest tip is to keep trying new things – in line with the NLP presupposition 'if something doesn't work, do something else.' In the podcast, Annemarie Freitag and Detlef also discuss how NLP can help with employee dissatisfaction. Enjoy this episode!
