NLP Podcast 83: Musical dream catchers with NLP - an interview with Lara Brunow

Annemarie Freitag: „What makes you happy?“
Lara Brunow: „My guitar. Sometimes it stands in the room. I look at it and I know, the day will be good“.

What does NLP have to do with music? Or what do music, studies, kindergarten have to do with NLP? In this podcast, Annemarie learns from Lara how NLP has kissed her life and never let go, how you can compose your first song, how she applies NLP in everyday life, how she sings her dreams, and much more.

Lara Brunow

The 21-year-old Lara Brunow is currently doing the NLP Practitioner in Frankfurt and is so enthusiastic about the content, about the effects, that she immediately implements what she has learned in her studies (philosophy as a major and psychology as a minor in Heidelberg), while traveling, in music when composing, or also when singing at wedding events, and by approaching and achieving her goals more consciously and quickly with the help of NLP.

Despite her young age, she already knows the feeling of failing or not knowing what to do next. How she exemplary got out of that, she reveals to us at the end of the podcast.

At 17, she already enjoyed inspirations in various seminars on the topic of consciousness expansion and repeatedly came across the topic of NLP. Therefore, after 4 years, she fulfilled this dream of doing an NLP training.

This is how Lara implements NLP in everyday life. Feel inspired!

  • She posts her experiences from the NLP training right on her Facebook page for herself and for others
  • she particularly draws attention to highlights in everyday life, which she also expresses in her music. She plays guitar and also gives guitar lessons, composes her own beautiful songs, and sings them as well. Since her 17th year of life, she has already composed 25 of her own songs. In the podcast, she will perform a beautiful song live for you.
  • she transforms negative feelings into positive ones
  • listens more attentively to her friends when they are not feeling well and then successfully applies a few NLP strategies until they feel better.

In Blog and NLP Podcast 70, you will find more tips from Stephan Landsiedel on how you can implement NLP in everyday life Lara's 3 tips on how you can easily compose your song if you like:

First, clarify which music genre you want to go into. For example, if Lara wants to write a pop song, she listens to many pop songs beforehand because she also has other music genres in her ear.

  1. Then find your comfort place. For Lara, it is her terrace at home in Kehl am Rhein, near Strasbourg. Or nature or also with friends who also make music.
  2. Then just start writing: specific chords, lyrics, ideas for the content. After that, a flow emerges. The song “Dreamcatcher,” which Lara performs live for us in the podcast, fits perfectly into the NLP context, to a series of our free evening seminars “
  3. Live Your Dream” and also to Stephan Landsiedel's book “Way up – living your own dreamHow and where can you hear Lara sing and play more songs?“.

What does NLP have to do with the guitar? Lara Brunow reveals how she achieves her goals faster and why her daughter is a mirror of herself.
