If you ever feel like you've lost everything, take a piece of paper and write down: 1. What things are on your side? 2. Who supports you? 3. What skills do you have? 4. What supports you? Write important positive things on small cards or post-its and place them in places where you will see them throughout the day. This way, you will be forced to constantly engage with positive thoughts. "Do what you fear and the end of fear is certain" (Ralph Waldo Emerson).
Principles for More Self-Confidence
- 1. Imagine what your higher self could look like and imprint it well in your mind.
- Immediately replace any negative thoughts that arise with positive ones.
- Do not artificially inflate obstacles and difficulties in your mind.
- Other people also only cook with water, just be yourself.
- Self-awareness leads to healing. Find the origin of your negative thoughts.
- Get as objective a view of your abilities as possible. Then enhance them.
The Secret of Our Energy
Rarely is it the actual work that tires us. Usually, it is the inner restlessness and drive. They make us tired, overwhelmed, and sick. Our body is remarkably healthy and strong. If we just take a little care of it, it will powerfully take care of us for many years: some water and healthy nutrition, movement, and sleep. It is ideal when mind, body, and soul are in harmony with each other, then we can achieve almost impossible things and constantly re-energize ourselves. When we love what we do. When we are real and authentic, we have endless energy. We only lose our energy when life bores us. But when we are excited and committed to something, our energy and life force also grow.
