NLP Podcast 72: Your Dream Workshop
„Never is a wish given to you without the power to make it come true. However, it may be that you have to strive for it“ Richard Bach.
The dream workshop is one of the most important for many. The exercise is fun, inspires, and brings your unconscious creative energies into flow. What would you do if you knew you would definitely succeed?

Take a moment to think about this question. Why don’t you do it? Because you are afraid you won’t achieve it or that it might not be fun for you? Set that fear aside for now. Imagine yourself in the state of a small child just before Christmas. Imagine: Everything is possible! There are no time, financial, or health limits. How would you like to live then?
Please consider all aspects of your life:
1) Personality
2) Education and Career
3) Family and Partnership
4) Social Responsibility
5) Leisure and Luxury
Write down your goals for each of these areas. They can be big and small things. Just write down everything that comes to mind, without censorship. You can rationalize later. Pretend you can already see, hear, and feel everything you write down. Enjoy it and let your wildest fantasies flow. Write down short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals. You don’t have to achieve all goals at once. You have many years to do everything you want to do. By when would you like to achieve these goals? In 1 month, 2 years, or in 10 years?
Did you enjoy this exercise? Were you able to really immerse yourself in your dream life? What feeling do you have when you imagine that this would be your new life? If it’s just a mediocre feeling, then throw away what you wrote down and repeat this exercise at a later time. The design of your life should excite you so much that you can get up early in the morning and go to bed late at night because you feel full of energy. Regularly take time for this exercise and repeat it more often. It’s not about always having new goals, but about diving back into the energy of your goals from time to time.
„The slowest who does not lose sight of his goal still goes faster than the one who wanders aimlessly“ Gotthold Ephraim Lessing
