NLP-Podcast 61: Gaining Practical Experience through Practice Groups
Sascha Brütting is an NLP Master, works full-time in IT, and is also a coach. He uses NLP techniques like reframing in his daily life to advance himself and maintain good relationships with others.
For about 3 years, Sascha Brütting has been leading an NLP practice group in Würzburg. On such evenings, the group leader works together with the participants on various topics and employs classic NLP formats. At the beginning of a practice group, Sascha Brütting asks his participants if everything is alright and if everyone is doing well. "If someone has a problem, then that topic is addressed first," he says. Afterwards, depending on the desire, NLP formats are practiced practically or NLP topics are deepened theoretically.
For you, an NLP practice group has two central advantages: First, you can practice learned NLP formats and improve your coaching skills. Additionally, you have the opportunity in such practice groups to work on your own topics and problems and to develop yourself further.
In the complete podcast episode, Sascha Brütting shares his experiences as a practice group leader and reveals which NLP formats he likes the most.
Types of NLP Practice Groups
There are various types of NLP practice groups, which are generally free of charge. Depending on the practice group, there may be a small fee for drinks or snacks.
- Supervision by a professional NLP trainer: In some of our 25 Landsiedel NLP locations, our NLP trainers offer free NLP practice evenings. Here, anyone can come and see NLP in action or practice themselves.
- Supervision by an ambassador: In recent years, we have built a network of enthusiastic fans and users. These are mostly course graduates from us, including Sascha Brütting. Our ambassadors offer evenings with partially different focus topics and practice classic NLP formats together with the participants.
- Participation in a private NLP practice group: In private NLP practice groups, participants or curious individuals meet. On our website, there is an extensive list of about 200 offerings. Caution: Not all groups are still active, so it is advisable to contact the respective contact person and inquire.
If none of the previously mentioned options are suitable, you can also simply start your own practice group. On our website, you will find more information about the different types of practice groups as well as all directories and forms: www.landsiedel-seminare.de/nlp-peergruppen
