Physiology

“Physiology” refers to everything related to the physical body (as opposed to psychological processes). The physiology of a person encompasses everything that can be observed from the outside through precise perception, especially all body language. The physiology of a body includes, for example, breathing, lip size, facial color, and muscle tension. In NLP, there is an assumption of a close connection between body and mind. A person's physiology has a direct impact on cognitive processes and their inner states. Small changes in physiology can therefore have a significant influence on inner well-being.
