NLP-Podcast 48: Trainer interview with Clemens Groß
Clemens Groß and Stephan Landsiedel have known each other for over 15 years: After Clemens Groß completed his NLP Practitioner and NLP Master, he did his NLP Trainer training with Stephan Landsiedel and Carlos Salgado in 2003. When Stephan Landsiedel was visiting Hamburg, he took the opportunity to conduct an interview with Clemens Groß. The two discuss their initial experiences with NLP as well as the future of NLP and the role of ethics in NLP.
From NLP to Alternative Practitioner
"When I started with NLP, I wanted to change myself a bit and lead my employees better. I wanted to change my communication, and that's why I came to NLP," says Clemens Groß in his interview with Stephan Landsiedel. Clemens Groß has always been interested in medicine, philosophy, but also in science and business. Through NLP and the NLP formats, he realized how much the therapeutic approaches interested him, and he decided to complete the extensive alternative practitioner training. Thus, it happened that Clemens Groß, with a completed degree as an industrial engineer and as an experienced sales engineer, completed his extensive alternative practitioner training and has since worked as a therapist and alternative practitioner.
The Fascination of NLP
"What fascinates me most about NLP are the parts that have a philosophical basis and the fact that we can return to what we have always had within us with the help of NLP," says Clemens Groß. Since he has always enjoyed dealing with philosophy, ethics and morality are important topics in NLP for Clemens Groß. In the entire podcast episode, he explains the role of ethics and morality in NLP for him. Together with Stephan Landsiedel, he also talks about the future of NLP and the question of how NLP can and will develop further. It's worth listening to!
