The NLP-Kids-Trainer, as a family man, was able to incorporate some NLP elements into the upbringing of his children and therefore has a lot of experience on the topic of 'NLP in dealing with children'. Carsten Sauter himself says: 'I took some games and exercises from my own NLP training that we then did together at home.' His children were enthusiastically involved, and that’s how Carsten came up with the idea to found the 'NLP-Kids-Meeting'.
