NLP-Podcast 23: Trainer Interview with Carlos Salgado

In this podcast, we introduce our trainer Carlos Salgado. He has been a good friend and esteemed colleague of Stephan Landsiedel for many years. The two conducted their first trainer training together - long before they started working together in a company. reports in his interview with Robert Krol how he got to know NLP and became fascinated by it. "By the evening of the first day, I was clear: This is my next profession." This encounter has not left him to this day, as he still trains on many days of the year. In the interview, he also expresses one of his wishes: "NLP should be taught in schools. It should be learned alongside grammar and mathematics," says the NLP trainer. "There are so many negative anchors and limiting beliefs that need to be resolved. For this, NLP is an excellent tool." Additionally, Carlos Salgado shares the experiences he has had with NLP and how much he has learned since then: "I learn from every person I meet. There has not been a trainer from whom I haven't learned something," says the native Portuguese. But Carlos has also learned from the participants in his many trainings. Carlos Salgado is a unique individual with his own thoughts and feelings. He has enriched the NLP landscape for over 20 years. Once the head of a large NLP institute, he now leads numerous trainings at Landsiedel NLP Training. He designs coach and trainer trainings, contemplates how to bring human values, virtues, and ethics into coaching. In doing so, he questions people, gives them tasks, and encourages them to grow.
