NLP Podcast 182: Kollektive Timeline-Arbeit

NLP formats are usually conducted with an individual. However, Robert Dilts has already pointed out that all formats can just as well be conducted with a system, for example with a group. In the same way, it is possible to work with other units, such as a personality part, a family, a team, a company, or a nation.

Ralf Stumpf explains in this podcast the classic NLP timeline formats Change History, Change Future, Self-Nurturing, and Re-Imprinting – first using a classic individual example.
Afterwards, the formats are applied to larger units: to a family, a company, and to Germany. When the step sequences that are very familiar in individual work are applied at this level, astonishing new perspectives emerge. How does, for example, a Change Future work with the energy crisis or a Re-Imprinting with World War II?
