Marion Lockert is an NLP trainer, matrix facilitator, and coach for the soul archetype teachings of Varda Hasselmann and Frank Schmolke. This is a teaching that states that the soul of a person comes into the world multiple times in different bodies and goes through various stages of development.

Additionally, Marion offers companies training in emotional leadership skills and personal development for executives, systemic business constellations, and support for cultural change and transformation. She also refers to herself as a “mentor for meaning and transformation.”
