Lisa, the leader of a company, is currently very dissatisfied at work. She often feels overwhelmed with her many tasks, which quickly affects her mood. The relationship with her employees is also poor. She feels that many of them work in her company only for the money and are not engaged at all, let alone interested in contributing positively outside their area of responsibility. She would prefer to dismiss some of them and hire new, motivated people instead. However, she cannot take that financial risk right now.

Marie, an employee of Lisa, is currently similarly dissatisfied with her workplace. She feels that she is completely indifferent to her boss Lisa. Apparently, Lisa is only concerned about revenue, and how her employees are doing seems to hardly interest her. The overall company climate is also poor; there is no real sense of cohesion, and communication often fails, leading to tasks being executed incorrectly or even duplicated, which usually ends in a dispute. All in all, it is not a pleasant work environment.
