NLP Podcast 158: Caroline Forster – With Heart, Brain, and Hand

Caroline Forster took a detour to NLP. She first studied mechanical engineering and worked for a large company. But then she followed her intuition and took a new, independent path. In search of a job that could inspire people, she participated in a demo for modeling with Ralf Stumpf at the NLP location in Berlin. It was there that she first came into contact with NLP. Shortly thereafter, she held her first seminars on a topic she is still passionate about today: Psychographics.
Psychographics offers the opportunity to analyze what makes up a person's personality, what that person does well or less well, and where they want to develop in their life. In this episode, Caroline explains that this model consists of three fundamental areas. You will learn what type Stephan has in the model. Caroline also explains why some people find it easier to be empathetic towards their environment, while this ability must be hard-earned by others.

You will learn why Caroline conveys her personality model with a dolphin and why Stephan was initially not convinced by personality models at the beginning of his coaching career. So let's get started and enjoy listening!
