Richard Seidl is a passionate programmer from the very beginning. At some point, he began to link software development with coaching to help companies better meet the demands of a changing time and to handle projects faster and more efficiently.

Today he supports his clients in developing agility. This involves combining knowledge in project management and coaching. It is important to link professional competence with empathetic understanding and good communication.

Richard has successfully completed the NLP training with Stephan up to the trainer level and is now not only a specialist book author but also a speaker, trainer, and coach. He helps other coaches to further develop into agile coaches.

Today, he acts as a kind of tour guide into the future through "Agile Coaching," showing his clients the way through the transformation of the accelerated modern world.
