In this podcast, I interview Heidrun Kirsch. Heidrun has always been interested in healing. She wanted to meet other cultures and therefore traveled to India and Nepal. It was a life school for her.
After returning to Germany, she decided to go to England and complete a music therapy training at college. There, she also obtained her Reiki master teacher certification. She incorporates these experiences into her work and how she supports people.

Reiki is the universal life energy. In a Reiki seminar, you receive attunements, which makes you a channel for this cosmic energy; it flows through you, releases something within you, and then returns to the universe. When you give Reiki, you do not lose any energy; you simply function as a channel. You provide help for self-help, as the other person heals themselves.

In this episode, I also share my experiences with Reiki. We also talk about the Reiki house, family constellations, and how musical instruments can be used for this, astrology, examples from Heidrun's work, and much more.
