NLP-Podcast 101: Interview with Johannes Nerstheimer – the Developer of the Game ConnAction®

Johannes Nerstheimer discovered NLP in February 2017 and within a short time attended all three NLP in a Week seminars as well as the NLP Master program. As part of his master's thesis, Johannes developed his own NLP game, which he presents in his interview with Stephan Landsiedel.

ConnAction is an NLP game, but not just a game for NLP enthusiasts. The game is a mix of tasks around happiness, creativity, communication, and strategy, which can also be played without any prior NLP knowledge. The players get to know each other, develop new ideas, and get closer to their dreams. The board game contains a variety of different elements and game cards based on insights from positive psychology, communication theories, creativity techniques, and much more. During the game, players land on different spaces and then draw either an ActionCard, ConnectionCard, or a GrinchCard. In the podcast, Johannes explains in detail what the individual cards mean and gives some examples of the tasks players can expect with each card.
