The best thing we can do is give our inner healer the chance to do its work.

Defeating Inner Voices
Do you know this: Often when you actually need courage and encouragement, an inner voice says to you: "You can't do it... You're lacking...". These can be the voices of other people echoing in us or our own doubts and fears.
In this lesson, I want to give you tips on how to disempower and defeat this inner voice – and without years of training with autosuggestions.
First of all, listen carefully to what your inner voices are telling you, and write it down, e.g.: "I can't do it", "It will go wrong", "Why should I succeed", "You are incompetent" etc.
Now say these sentences, but at a changed speed:
- A) At double speed – this is what it sounds like when you play a cassette at multiple speeds.
- B) V e r y s l o w.
Surely you still remember the voice of Mickey Mouse. Good, then say the sentence in Mickey Mouse's voice. Say the sentence multiple times. Alternatively, you can also pinch your nose while doing this – then the sentence sounds even stranger and less credible.
If you do this, you will soon no longer take the sentence seriously. Instead of being impressed by it, you can laugh about it next time.
To conclude, pick some children's songs and sing the sentence to the rhythm of that children's song, e.g. "Baloo the Bear", "Heidi", "Benjamin Blümchen" etc. This is no joke, but an extremely powerful method that can change your life. I and the participants of my seminars have achieved incredible changes with this method. These methods will work for you too – you just have to try them out and have fun with it.

Metaphor of the Week
The Timid Cotton Thread
Once upon a time, there was a small white cotton thread that was very afraid that it was useless just as it was. Desperately, it thought over and over: "I am not good enough, I am good for nothing. I am much too short for a sweater. I am not even good enough for a tiny doll sweater! I am much too weak for a ship's rope. I can't even make a jump rope out of myself! I can't tie myself to other strong, thick, long threads; they would just laugh at me anyway. I am also not suitable for embroidery; I am too pale and colorless for that. Yes, if I were made of gold thread, then I could decorate a stole or a dress... But like this?! I am good for nothing. What can I do? Nobody needs me. No one pays attention to me. Nobody likes me anyway."
So spoke the little white cotton thread to itself – day after day. It withdrew completely, listened to sad music, and cried a lot. It completely surrendered to its self-pity.
One day, its new neighbor knocked on the door: a small white lump of wax. The wax lump wanted to introduce itself to the cotton thread. When it saw how sad the little white cotton thread was and listened to the reason for it, it said: "Don't be so down, you beautiful, little, white cotton thread. I have an idea: We should team up! For a candle on the Christmas tree, I am too little wax and you as a wick are too small, but for a tealight, it is more than enough. It is much better to light a small light than to always complain about the darkness!"
Then the little white cotton thread was very happy and teamed up with the little white lump of wax and said: "Finally, my existence has a purpose."
Who knows, maybe there are many little white cotton threads and many little white wax lumps in the world that could team up to light up the world?!
