NLP Basic training: NLP-Basic - an NLP training according to DVNLP with educational leave

The NLP-Basic training is your compact entry into the world of Neuro-Linguistic Programming according to the guidelines of DVNLP. In five intensive days, you will learn fundamental models and formats, optimize your communication, and strengthen your personal impact – thus laying the foundation for further NLP trainings such as the NLP Practitioner, including an officially recognized certificate "NLP Basic, DVNLP" and the possibility of educational leave.

What is Neuro-Linguistic Programming?

Neuro-Linguistic Programming allows you to optimize your communication and further develop your personality. NLP helps to better understand oneself and recognize behavioral patterns. More specifically: It is about patterns in thinking and behavior. These patterns influence our entire life. Coaches learn methods here to effectively support people. You will experience effective communication, personal growth, and mental self-management. Experience firsthand how small changes in perception and expression can have a significant impact – both professionally and privately. Learn the nuances of non-verbal communication and many techniques of NLP. The training is particularly suitable for people who need to communicate professionally and want to dive deeper into the world of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. In this practical foundational training, the focus is on a lively approach to Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Anyone who wants to learn NLP will sooner or later have to engage in practical exercises. The best way to gain these experiences is in a great group and with an experienced trainer. All our trainers have years of experience and share their knowledge and acquired skills with great joy. 

Whether as an impulse for personal development, to strengthen interpersonal skills, or as a guide for a later NLP Practitioner training: The NLP-Basic training opens doors – to more self-efficacy, inner clarity, change methods, and authentic communication. The NLP training can later be continued to a certified NLP Practitioner. Under certain circumstances, educational leave may also be possible for this further training.

Certificate and membership in DVNLP

After successful and complete participation in the NLP Basic training and the behavioral integration of the conveyed content, participants will receive the official certificate "NLP Basic, DVNLP" from the German association. This certifies the acquired competencies in handling communication, goal work, perception, and inner resources. The certificate confirms compliance with the DVNLP guidelines and includes the total duration of the training in days and hours, broken down into online and presence times. It also lists the start and end date of the training as well as the signature of the responsible lead trainer.

NLP-Basic seminar and other certified NLP trainings

In NLP, there is a wide range of training and further education in the self-experience and coaching area. The training is certified by the German Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Participants receive a certificate at the end. In five days, the procedures and formats are practiced using concrete examples and personal concerns. The basic training includes at least 36 hours over five days.
In the NLP Basic training, you will gain a solid overview of the central principles, thinking models, and application areas of NLP. The focus is not on theoretical knowledge, but on experiencing, practicing, and understanding through your own actions. Those who want to understand and shape communication holistically will find a solid foundation here – whether as a personal development impulse or as a start to a longer training journey.

The seminar is suitable both as an independent development impulse and as an introductory course that prepares for further NLP Practitioner training. Those who want to get to know NLP, improve their own communication, and take the first step on a recognized training path will find the right framework in this training – with certified quality, personal support, and an environment that enables development.

Difference to the NLP Practitioner training

The Practitioner is the first major level in NLP. The training lasts at least 18 days with 130 hours. The days and hours of the Basic seminar can be credited here. In the Basic training, participants learn the fundamentals. With the Practitioner training, you then take the first major official step. 

Difference to the NLP training for Coaches

The Coach training is a significantly more extensive training. It usually includes the Practitioner and, in the case of Master Coaches, also an NLP Master training. It is also certified by the German DVNLP association upon request.

Recognizing further training as educational leave

In several federal states, this training is recognized as educational leave. Take the opportunity to combine educational leave with personal growth – and experience NLP up close in an intensive, motivating learning atmosphere.
