NLP in Conflicts
NLP in Conflicts provides the user with various tools to resolve or avoid them. These conflicts can be those one has with one's environment, but also those one carries within oneself.
In the social context, NLP in Conflicts helps to establish and secure the rapport with one's conversation partners, to avoid potential conflict situations in advance by minimizing friction points. The rapport serves in this context to give the other person a sense of familiarity and sympathy, so that they in turn develop a positive attitude; by considering the preferred Representational System of the conversation partner prevents misunderstandings or talking past each other. Content-wise, NLP in Conflicts ensures that one can identify and resolve certain conflict points by empathizing with the other and taking a neutral position, so that they do not become a lasting problem.
The appropriate handling of NLP in Conflicts allows one to keep these at a low level and regain control quickly if conflicts ever break out.
NLP exerts an even broader influence on the inner conflicts one has or that recur, especially in this area, one can directly experience the comprehensive effect of NLP in Conflicts on one's own mind: NLP can help in conflicts to overcome unwanted behaviors such as dependencies and fears, as well as to manage lack of drive, lack of motivation, and indecisiveness. For resolving interest and goal conflicts, there are various formats that make it easier to break free from entrenched habits and replace them with new, beneficial behaviors.
